Terms & Disclaimers
- Communication Requirements: The client is solely responsible for maintaining active, paid-in-full service for any communication path used by the security system (Internet, VoIP, or Cellular). ASC is not responsible for system communication failure resulting from the client’s failure to pay third-party utility bills.
- Environmental & Force Majeure: ASC is not liable for system interruptions caused by extreme weather events (wildfires, flooding, extreme cold), power outages, or “Acts of God” that disrupt local infrastructure or monitoring station signals.
- Service Limitations: Security systems are professional deterrents, not guarantees of absolute protection. ASC is not liable for losses due to system bypass or unauthorized entry.
- Client Maintenance: To ensure reliability, the client must perform monthly system tests and contact ASC immediately for battery replacements or service if a trouble light appears.
- Quotes & Estimates: All estimates are valid for 30 days and are subject to final site inspection. Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE).
