Installation Rate: (usually quoted): $45.00 per/hour.
Service Call Rate: $65.00 per/hour, 1 hour minimum.
System Take Over (taking over another firms account), No charge for labour*.
After Hours Emergency Call Out (after normal hours) $97.50 for 1st hour.
Travel Time for outside City limits: $22.50 per hour.
One Time Connection Fee (I.P. Network Fee): $58.97
ULC Approved Monitoring Station Services:
Basic landline dial up service or I.P. stand alone. $25.00 p/mth plus taxes.
Basic landline with I.P. backup. $35.00 p/mth* plus taxes.
I.P. with LTE backup. $45.00 p/mth* plus taxes.
Vacant building, LTE service $55.00 p/mth** plus taxes .
User Cell App for system control & NVR access: Free of charge.
*Denotes additional equipment may be required for these services. One time connection fee will apply.
** Vacant building “system monitoring” requires active hydro service, one time connection fee and additional equipment may be required.

We believe in fair, realistic rates that cover quality parts and expert labour. No hidden “corporate” fees—just straightforward security.
Service Details:
- Labour Rates: Based on realistic costs to ensure a professional, warrantied install.
- Warrantee: All new equipment and workmanship are covered for one full year.
- The Local Advantage: When you call, you speak to a Journeyman Technician, not a call center.
Note on Coverage: Standard maintenance does not include damage from forced entry, lightning, or vandalism. (Put this in italics at the bottom of the section).

The average commercial location is usually a simple reprogramming and testing of the existing system, with the possibility of changing out the standby battery if need be, cleaning motion detectors and testing glass break detectors and door contacts. Everything has a service life and heavy traffic devices can fail over time as they cycle in and out of alarm status thousands of times during their life span.
Remember the alarm system is running 24 hours a day every day regardless of it’s armed or disarmed status. For those who have given up on dial up phone service, the addition of an I.P. communicator allow the alarm to communicate even quicker to the monitoring station via the internet connect. This communicator does come at an additional charge when needed.

Note: Consistent false alarms may result in fines from the city or suspension of monitoring. We work with you to keep your record clean.
